Objectives of the Association

• Consolidation of the scientific and technical potential of the Association Members. Creation of a competitive personnel reserve of engineers for entry;
• Organization and exchange of information and ideas. Representation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international arena (FIDIC).
• Interaction with executive authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues affecting the interests of Participants.

From the very beginning of the implementation of large international projects in Kazakhstan, the need to develop local engineering personnel potential became apparent. In order to remain competitive and in demand compared to engineers from Canada, the United Kingdom, Korea, Italy and other developed countries, Kazakhstani specialists needed to study international standards, understand FIDIC guidelines, continue education and enhance their qualifications.
The Kazakhstan National Association of Professional Engineers and Consultants is making every effort to develop local human resources. In 2017–2018, training seminars were conducted with the involvement of global FIDIC experts.
Currently, to expand opportunities and stimulate the development of engineers’ own potential, a database of engineers has been created http://base.tk-sit.kz/base/
The database is open for registration and will reflect the qualifications, experience, and achievements of engineers. This information will serve as an indicator for major clients such as the Committee for Highways and JSC NC “KazAvtoZhol”.
Please note that the system is currently being updated to ensure even more convenient access.
The Caucasus and Central Asia Construction Forum provides a unique opportunity to bring together industry leaders, government officials, representatives of international financial institutions, engineers, lawyers, and professionals from across the region for two days of intensive networking and knowledge exchange. With vibrant sessions and events set against the backdrop of innovative and rapidly developing Astana, the forum will become a key platform for sharing valuable experience, promoting innovation, and strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation.

The basis of development for major countries is the development of infrastructure, which entails the need to accelerate the development of the engineering sector to meet international standards.

Competition with foreign engineers in major infrastructure projects leads to an increase in jobs in the engineering sector and requires high qualifications.

Energy infrastructure. High-voltage lines in the directions "Ekibastuz–Semey–Ust-Kamenogorsk" and "Semey–Aktogay–Taldykorgan–Almaty"
