The purpose of the Association:
Consolidation of the scientific and technical potential of the Association Members. Creation of a competitive personnel reserve of engineers for entry;
Organization and exchange of information and ideas. Representation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international arena (FIDIC).
Interaction with executive authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues affecting the interests of Participants.
From the very beginning of the implementation of large international projects in Kazakhstan, the need to develop local engineering personnel became obvious.
In order to remain competitive and in demand compared to engineers from Canada, the United Kingdom, Korea, Italy, and other developed countries,
Kazakhstani specialists needed to study international standards, understand the application of FIDIC guidelines, continue education, and improve qualifications.
The Kazakhstan National Association of Professional Engineers and Consultants makes every effort to develop the local human resource potential.
In 2017–2018, training seminars were held with the participation of FIDIC world experts.

The database is open for registration. It will reflect the qualifications, experience, and achievements of engineers. This information will serve as an indicator for major customers such as the Committee for Highways and JSC NC "KazAvtoZhol".
The foundation of development for large countries is the development of infrastructure, which entails the need to accelerate the growth of the engineering sector to meet global standards.
Competition with foreign engineers in large infrastructure projects leads to an increase in jobs in the engineering sector and requires high qualifications.
