Registration is officially open for the "Caucasus and Central Asia Construction Forum" scheduled to take place on 9-10 June 2025.
The Forum will take place at the prestigious Sheraton Hotel in the heart of Astana, Kazakhstan (address: 60/1 Syganak Str. Astana, Kazakhstan)
The Forum is organized by Kazakhstan National Association of Professional Engineers and Consultants (KNAPEC), in collaboration with ACEG - the Georgian Association of Consulting Engineers, Intelligent Solution and Hogan Lovells.
The official language of the forum is English. Simultaneous translation to Kazakh and Russian languages will be available.

Description of the forum

Our panels will delve into key topics such as major infrastructure projects, role of major international financial institutions and the role of engineers in construction/infrastructure projects, road safety engineering, construction projects, drafting FIDIC-based contracts, dispute boards and international arbitration, as well as capacity building within the engineering and construction sector. Awaited advancement in road safety for Kazakhstan: launch of Kazakhstan Road Assessment Program-KazRAP is scheduled as one of opening highlights of the Forum.

The Forum is a paid event.

The standard registration fee is EUR 200.

If you are a member of KNAPEC, ACEG, or another supporting organization, you may be eligible for a discount. Please contact your organization to obtain your discount code before registering, and make sure to include the code when completing the registration form.

Upon completing your registration, you will receive an invoice detailing the payment process. We kindly request that payment be made according to the instructions provided in the invoice.

Payment is required in advance of the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission or withhold materials if payment is not received.
